both say 3 hours in the last 60 days are prep rides.. they should be
logged
and endorsed by the CFI as meeting the requirements of the appropriate
paragraph..

for Glider Private (61.109(f)(1)(i) or 61.109(f)(2)(ii))and Commercial
(61.129(f)(i) or 61.109(f)(2)(i)) it would be 3 flights in the last 60
days
