I've seen the S-38 named "Osa's Ark," owned by explorers Martin and
Osa Johnson, in a museum somewhere. EAA doesn't list it.

Anyone know where I saw it?

You probably saw a reproduction of "Osa's Ark" at an airshow. i was
parked near it and the S-39 at Oshkosh 2003.

At lunch today, a friend said it was in the museum at OSH about ten
years ago. That's probably where I saw it. I haven't been to OSH for
about that long.

Of course, I don't know whether I saw the original or a reproduction,
although I've read that two reproductions were built in the last
couple of years.
