There's an Enterprise that I've used before when I had my car in for
service at the nearby Nissan dealer... nothing particularly exciting
to say about them, but it's functional. The RCO and your cell phone
probably call the same number - I haven't verified with the RCO since
I usually just use the cell and call before I get in the plane since
its the 'calling' kind, not the 'broadcast at a position at approach'.
Anyways, for the amount of redialing that you are likely to need to do
to get Potomac TRACON on a 'nice day', I recommend the cell phone.
