At SSA convention they said $48.5K without CG hook, $500 more with CG hook.
I have the literature and CDR around here somewhere. They had a
handiquipped version on loan to Freedoms Wings in Canada,
http://www.freedomswings.ca/main.php, (see Photo Gallery) last season and
they have applied for either a supplemental TC or mod adding hand controls
to the TC. At that time they said next delivery date was June.

They've had a few setbacks with ramping up the tooling for manufacturing
certification(?), something rather different than owning the TC I'm lead to
believe. Plus there was Tim Barry's unfortunate mishap
http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/brief.asp?e...26X01399&key=1
and the more recent hurricane(s).

You are right though, it's all been a bit slow arriving. Best bet is to
call and talk with them.

Highly recommend the Peregrine (improved Krosno KR03a). Lower energy
than a Grob 103 and with an oleo suspension for those harder than perfect
student landings, metal so you can tie it out, great visibility, even
from the rear seat (you can even see the horizontal stab!), and will
outrun the L-13. Parts made in the USA and the price is right....

We have a group forming in Boise, Idaho intent on putting a 2-place

Unfortunately there is nothing available to rent within a 6 hour
drive.

At this point we are willing to consider anything available. If you
have any leads on a 2-place glider for sale, please email me. Here is
your opportunity to help build the soaring community.
