I helped a local school switch theirs almost a year ago. The old one,
FBOWEBSITES.Com was getting out of the flight scheduling business to
concentrate on Medical Scheduling.

We went to FlightSchedulePro.Com. Company offered the school a good
package deal for scheduling, domain hosting, website, and e-mail.
They have the ability to do phone scheduling too. And are
specifically set up for pilots.

In almost a year with them, we haven't had a single bit of down time
or inaccessibilty. And their system is fairly easy for even those not
"very technically inclined".

As a system administrator, I've found they lack only a single option I
would like. They don't currently have the ability for the user to
search audit trails. That would be the ability to see who did what
and when. It came up when we had a worker putting planes down for
maintenance cancelling flights. You can call them to get the audit
information, but that's a pain. And they have promised me that
ability would be in their next release -- due out soon.

So, I would heartedly recommend them.

We've been using www.youcanbookit.com for scheduling our airplane. So far
it's been easy and worked great. The best part about it was it was a
free/commercial based site. Unfortunately the site has gone down and the
owner says it isn't likely to be put back online.

What web based scheduleing services are other pilots, owners, renters, clubs
useing?

Thanks,
