It doesn't have the article, but at least people will know what issue you
need. If that's the Speed Astir, I do remember the tape goes on the top
surface.

Eric,
the CS77 has an E 603 airfoil.
D. Althause did find that a turbulator on the bottom improves the climb
somewhat. I have no info for the turbulator placement as per D. Althause.
I did a quick run on the airfoil and it indicates it should be placed at
63%chord.
