Default Butch Voris - RIP

This past Tuesday, a legend of Naval aviation passed on.

I had the pleasure of meeting Butch within the past two years, most recently
on June 12 at a Friends of Aces function at Alameda Point. Although Butch
had much difficulty taxiing without assistance, his mind - and especially
his wit - were sharp and quite colorful.

Butch had an incredible collection of sea stories and told them so well that
anyone in this group could easily believe each and every one of them. Very
fortunately, the Friends of Aces captured most of these on videotape, so
they have not been lost.

He will be missed.
