In San Jose, all the houses in the flight path are getting the windows
replaced by the city.

Funny thing though, most of those houses are slums in that area.

Gee, they used to call that "urban renewal." Now it's "noise abatement."

The terms may change, but it's the same old BS -- done at *your* expense.
