Does anyone have any experience flying across the Washingon ADIZ?

I'm coming from the Midwest to the Eastern shore of Maryland next week,
which requires crossing Washington's ADIZ and B airspace.

I'll be under IFR, but I was wondering whether they sent IFR traffic around
the big ADIZ or through? If I have to go around, it'll most likely mean a
gas stop.
