Just cuz I'm curious (haven't read the NOTAMs so don't know), I know
you have to call a specific FSS and file an "adiz plan" if you're VFR
and going through the area, but if you're coming in IFR do you just
file a normal IFR plan and the airspace is transparent, just like any
other IFR plan automatically deals with going through non-E airspace?
