It's very straightforward
$284 from Airtex

You do this yourself as a pilot/owner under part 43.100 (11)
(11) Repairing upholstery and decorative furnishings of the cabin, cockpit,
or balloon basket interior when the repairing does not require disassembly
of any primary structure or operating system or interfere with an operating
system or affect the primary structure of the aircraft.

If it has an O-290-D or D-2, watch out for thrashed lifter faces and rounded
cam lobes. Also, check the lower rear corner of the back door frame for
corrosion. A sure tip-off is if the back door consistently pops open on
landing. :-)

Hi groupe.
Is it possible to install a new headliner in a Tripacer with the cover
installed? I have a chance to buy a Tripacer that has a bad headliner.
Thanks........Joe
