The Tools|Upgrade is (currently) only an option in WingX Browser and not in
WingX (the W&B, route etc app). The instructions to upgrade WingX to
Version 1.7.5.3 can be found on:

http://www.hiltonsoftware.com/Download.html

You'll also find the Change Log there; e.g. Voyager support, free Weather,
added lots of runway information, etc.
