Aircraft Buzzes Aspen Restaurant ! APB issued for suspect airplane

A white airplane buzzed the top of Aspen Mountain on Friday afternoon,
scaring skiers as it passed less than 50 feet off the ground at hundreds of
miles and hour.

The plane flew close to the gondola

"It popped up and over," said witness Paul Coffey. "It's not like you could
see it coming in. Next thing you know it was just buzzing us. It seemed to
come out of nowhere."

Skiers who were ending their day about 3 p.m. looked up as the white plane
passed over in a matter of seconds. Everyone's jaws just dropped. No one
believed it. It was one of those strange things you don't expect - next
thing you know there's a plane going over the building." "This guy was too
damn close"
