Default Gun

That's compared to 60 rounds per minute in a standard military machine
gun.

One round per second in a standard military machine gun? That's a
pretty
low standard. Machine guns typically have much higher rates of fire
than
that, about ten times higher.

Probably from the same reporter that covers aviation accidents, highway
traffic snarls, bar mitzvahs, etc. Not well versed on the subject. Even
the heavy M2 Browning .50 fires at 600rpm.
