Bottom line is, yes, it's very useful - and expensive. It has clear
advantages over WinPilot Pro's "climb maximizer" in terms of remembering
where previous thermals are located and providing direction to get back to
them if desired. It even seems to account for altitude variations in
pointing out where they are as you approach their location.

That said, if one already has WinPilot Pro, I wouldn't buy the THEMI, as
much of the functionality is duplicated. Overall, WinPilot Pro is a better
value and the climb maximizer is an added plus.
