Actually, I've been practicing the tried and true method of dealing
with these sorts of issues - avoidance :-) I have a Garmin GPSMAP76
that I use as a backup to my primary system. It works just fine if
you use either SeeYou or G7ToWin to download. Doesn't get me points
on the worldwide OLC, but all we in Aero Club Albatross really care
about is kicking some butt against those jokers in Arizona Soaring
Association (know anyone who fits that description). Have posted some
good flights already this year.
