Rear wiper/washer ...hasn't worked in 5 years.

Chrysler will replace that for free.
There is a recall on the rear wiper that affects the air bag.
There is a recall for the rear hatch strut bolts which will also be
replaced.
There is a recall on the rear hatch release mechanism.
