Try the CruxView.exe utility to verify the comm port. It is available he
http://www.soarmn.com/cumulus/gps.htm at the bottom of the page.

Also, try setting the 2 checkboxes in SeeYou Mobile that are located below
the baud rate setting. One is labeled "Set DTR". Setting the Set DTR
checkbox seems to solve most SeeYou communication issues with CF card GPS
units - it may also work for you.
