Default Source for Pegase 101A instrument panel

Pegasus panels are normally pretty straight forward (except for the brown
color ) and can be easily made from scratch since they have no flanges or
odd curved surfaces like the Schleicher panels had......I have made many,
for many different glider types.....I prefer to use Phenolic sheet material
(essentially this can be any kind of material from paper to Kevlar set in
resins under extreme pressure......easy to machine, cut, drill and can be a
variety of colors or easily painted.....there are several sources for this
material.I use McMaster Carr.......buy by the sheet in many sizes and
thickness.....1/8"thick 24" 24" square should give your Pegasus 2 panels
(the first one that you screw up and a second one that is perfect! )
