You don't have to worry about it changing. Because the FAA has to notify you will
new source documents for any change to a special. It is almost always an
amendment to your Operations Specifications.

Jeppesen would charge a King's Ransom to chart only a few specials for anyone.
And, you can't legally copy them; if you have need for 40 copies, you pay the
piper for each copy.
