If you have "your own" approach, why not just get THAT plate, use NACO for
everything else, and ensure that your approach hasn't been altered before each
flight?

You don't have to worry about it changing. Because the FAA has to notify you will
new source documents for any change to a special. It is almost always an
amendment to your Operations Specifications.

Jeppesen would charge a King's Ransom to chart only a few specials for anyone.
And, you can't legally copy them; if you have need for 40 copies, you pay the
piper for each copy.
