I asked CJ to respond to the pertinent questions raised by the RAP
community:
1. He was at least 4,000 AGL when the incident occurred.
2. The course line was, as stated in the original post, 358 Mag.
3. Heading is irrelevant, since 91.159 applies to the course.
4. Same with compass deviation card.
