following day regarding a violation of FAR 91.159 and made me wait until
after he received the ASRS receipt from NASA before allowing me to make it
public. Somewhere in the warrens of Joshua Approach, there lies an
incriminating tape recording of the event.

Why file the ASRS report? The even/odd altitude thing is a recommendation,
not a requirement, and CJ managed to see and avoid, so what was the big
deal?
