For those of you who didn't know Vance, he was a real asset to the
homebuilding community as an aero-engineer and designer. He was
instrumental in several designs including the KIS TR-2 and TR-4. He
conducted numerous forums at Oshkosh, Copperstate, Sun-N-Fun and other
local fly-ins. His help aided many in realizing their dreams of
building and flying their homebuilt aircraft. He will be missed by
many of us.

Count me as one of them; I will miss him dearly.

My sincerest condolences to the family and all who will miss
Vance and his wonderful wife Emily.
