This is most definitely not what he said. I was cleared to CORCE and nothing
else was in the transmission. The owner of the flight school (Randall in the
OP) was listening at the time and heard the same as I did. I didn't question
it at the time since I didn't realize immediately that he was referring to
the IAF. If he had said "waypoint CORCE" or spelled it phonetically it would
have clicked in my brain that the instructions were not quite complete.
