There is a fly in at Valle Grand Canyon airport on the 2nd and 3rd of Sept.
I was just there. It is a nice airport with a car and airplane museum. They
let me have a courtesy car and were very helpful. I would highly recommend
stopping for fuel or just someplace to fly to. They also have within walking
distance a place called Bedrock. Its a campground and RV park set up like
the Flintstones.
