Default Grounding metal parts in wooden/composite aircraft

I purchased the RST antenna kit last year (great value) and have a
question relating to grounding all the significant metal parts. I wish
to operate an ADF in a wooden/composite aircraft. I note that any wire
will do (e.g. tin-plated Cu grounding strap and/or Cu tape). My
question is how do you ground all the metal if it's been
corrosion-proofed (Alodine, Zinc Chromate + paint or epoxy painted)?
Scratch it off and re-paint or leave bare patches during
corrosion-proofing. Any suggestions please?
