I seldom feel the need to reply to posts of this kind. However, on
behalf of my club I made some requests to Solaire Canada some months
ago and never received any replies. For starters I never received
e-mail responses and I never got a callback to my telephonic requests
and I talked to you personally. So I, for one, remain unconvinced as
to your dependability.

BTW, I read and post here regularly and you can take that to the bank.

Wish to apologize concerning the one of my post here. Had something
else bothering me and the post just bugged me. To be fair, though I
have found e-mail to be a poor way to try and communicate with SC, Ed
did give me a fair and knowledgeable description of the work required
when I called. I was disappointed that I never got a parts quote
despite what I understood as an assurance that I would have one in a
about a week. I never called back as I found an answer elsewhere as
time was pressing. I suggest calling him regarding the LS8/18.
