You don't need infinite span (or budget) for maximum fun.

There were 16 of us in the club class in the Gauteng regionals. Flying
everything from ASW20A to Phoebus A. Six of us did our first 300km flight
together on one day. One young lady achieved gold distance and diamond goal
before silver C.

The Phoebus even won the last day (at 97.9kph) - First time he, and in fact just
about all of us, had flown an AAT.

Congratulations to Magalies Gliding Club for a very well run contest. As
Stephen said - start planning for next year, hope to see more new faces.
