Y'All,
I've been digging through FAA-H-8261-1 Instrument Procedures Handbook and
cannot find the answer clearly stated.

I would like to know in what respects the following types of waypoints are
differentiated by creation, useage, and otherwise.
A source text would be helpful as well.

Charted waypoint
Floating waypoint
Phantom waypoint
