I was speaking with an FBO owner today about the trials and
tribulations of customer service. We commiserated over how you just
can't win, sometimes. He told me that he tries to keep his rental
fleet pristine, but has seen some pretty funny "squawks" on the
clipboard over the years.
The best one (I thought) was a note that said "Tires too firm"....
(I'm gonna use that excuse next time I bounce one...)
I find the Deb does much better with the tires at the rated pressure.
Of course, in the "believe it or not" category, I actually received a
comment card today from a guest who stated that their "Suite was too
quiet" -- thus proving that you really CAN'T please everyone!
People go to the ocean for peace and quiet. That damn surf was so
noisy it took me three nights to get used to it enough to be able to
get a restful night. OTOH I doubt you have much problems with the
surf in IOWA. :-))
