Default CFIS Airspace and Speed restrictions

or are otherwise authorized to
conduct operations in this airspace and at these airports

The way I read it, so long as you are qualified to give instruction,
then if =you= can operate (yourself) in that environment, then you can
give instruction in that environment. A light sport pilot who then
becomes a light sport instructor without ever operating in the given
environment would need the endorsement. You, as a PP (in addition to
being a light sport instructor), would not. Ditto for speed.
