What kind of shark? I've heard this before and can never find anyone
who can tell me. I mean, if the shark is good enough to pass as
scallop, then I'm better off buying shark. All the shark I've had

Don't say 'skete wing' because I already eat that and it's not even
close. For a real treat try boiled fruitbat on rice. Mongoose is good
too. Tastes like mongoose, flavor comparable to a combined bite of frog
and squirrel.Broil, roast, curry, mmmm too bad riki tiki isn't here,
he sure would have liked these bones...
