Default Tail Dolly Latch

I went to the local ski shop and they gave me two buckles off broken ski
boots. These ski-boot buckles are superior to the original buckles on my
tail dolly.

You can buy these at hardware/building stores. I have seen them at
Lowes and OSH and Home Depot...
