Well, now that you mention it, did see one of those Corvair vans back in
the sixties with an old clear plexiglas radome on the roof. Some long
haired dude was sitting with his head up in it surveying the traffic. My
kids, now in their forties, thought it was extremely neat and wanted me
to put one on the 1968 Dodge Coronet wagon. It would have gone well with
the camoflage paint job.
