#1 The Iran-Iraq War (remember that one?) did not settle anything. Fuel for
that fire is still present in the region, and it ain't oil.

Umm...like drilling in ANWR or the continental shelf?

#2 Drilling? Sure. Along with 50 other things, all focused on getting us
out of that region! That region is lose-lose. I want no more stake in that
area of the world than we have in East Timor, Sri Lanka, Darfur, or Rwanda.


with those TTTTTRILLIONS invested in retribution for 9-11.
