I didn't believe it either, but according to the reg, majors and above are
required to have them. Guess I better know where I can run out and buy one

I will note however that this on-line version is dated 2002, in the Air
Force
that could be two iterations out of date.

Not sure where Art bought his, probably MacDill AFB, but I know they carry
them in the Clothing Sales Store at Peterson AFB.
