Not trying to be rude here - but would 300-350kg sitting on the ramp like
that, be felt in the cockpit as a trim issue ?

Notice the rather BIG guy sitting in the middle.... Yeah they probably felt
it with him back there.... HA HA..
Just kidding. I took that photo last summer.

The AFCS system is pretty darn good on the CH-47, I doubt the pilots feel
anything at all, Lateral Trim is automatic (can be manual) and the Flight
Engineers /
Crew Chiefs walk around in the cabin frequently.

There are balance issues with Center of Gravity... but the ramp itself can
hold 2000 lbs.
