Now that I look closer, you are right. Mixed in with all the other
REAL ones (and I was just looking at them all quickly), I did not
notice this was different.

Still and all, the folks at the airport told us that someone takes out
the fence about once a year on average and last time I was down there
(been a few years) you could still see the touchdown skids of the Air
France 747 in the overrun area.
