Select Create Waypoint
Push Enter

Select Project Location

Speaking of the Garmin handhelds I am trying to put in a user
waypoint referenced off a VOR for a couple of Fire TFR's that will
affect me Thursday. It was simple in my 295 but now with the 296
the manual doesn't say anything about it. Anybody know how to input
a user input that is a radial and DME off of a VOR?
