Well he has to pay the AME's fee, It covers all the extra stuff that
is required of him all them office visits, pokes and prods, lab fees,
and tests! Once he can no longer get 100% medical coverage he is done
would make him go broke.
I believe one of the larger AME costs is recurrency required to maintain
their AME status (travel, lodging, etc.)
