Everyone can enjoy the picture since yenc decoders are readily
available for
free.
We *know* we can, but that doesn't mean we *want* or even *have* to.
Many times before people have asked to have binaries posted to ABPA in
a plain readily downloadable format, that everybody can read out of
the box, so ABPA remains as open as possible.
You're buying the wrong boxes. In fact nothing you can buy won't
decode it. Just the free accessory that come with windows has a
problem. But then it has about 50 other problems too, so I feel no
pity for anyone stupid enough to use it.
