Welcome back to the Tin Triangle!

Some pictures from when I visited Bruntingthorpe in 2003, when XH558 had
been stripped down for restoration. Seeing her like this brings home just
how much work is involved in getting her airborne again.



I saw the Vulcan in the RAF Museum about 20 years ago. To look up at it I
could only say WOW. To see one fly would be a double WOW.

IIRC, I seem to remember some of these parked at a RAF base in Singapore
in late '64 or early 1965. Would this fit the service time frame for
this aircraft?
