Why would the airline industry care?
The implication in the story is that Luedtke, a NASA employee, may have
been acting at the behest of the airline industry. Implications being what
they are....
If anything it would give them
ammo for their new tax and "reduce GA" proposals. No one could
honestly believe that a measuable number of people would stop flying
as a result of this information.
Probably not - but only because people have already done all they can to
avoid traveling and abuse at the hands of TSA and the airlines. ;-)
