Default San Francisco Bay Area: Need Help with an areal photo shoot

You will need to find a commercial operator, perhaps a sky diving operator.
They will be able to open doors and have parachutes and safety harness to
keep you inside.
You may be able to find an airplane which has no struts to block the view
and can have open doors/windows on both sides.

A commercial operator will probably want to know your TSA status.
