won't work with nylon - the nylon will melt before the fusible
material will.

spray adhesive - the grade they use for vinyl tops - should do it, and
will give you more latitude in the fabric you can use. 3M 8090 is the
absolute shizz, but it's spendy. Almost any brand or grade of spray
adhesive, applied to BOTH surfaces should work.
