The control systems DIDN'T fail


and one of the eyewitnesses did say that at approx half a mile
away a wing went down and soon corrected to level flight, he said
40 degrees which is a lot


And this is a good example of why so-called eyewitnesses aren't given
too much credibility by accident investigators.
