Someone put up a 7 second clip of BA038 on short final. It was flying
straight and level. If it had dipped a wing 40 degress from the height
in the clip it would never have recovered.

Maybe the wing dropped 40 degrees in the previous 10 seconds or so and
was fully recovered ? Ahem ! I don't think so.

Indeed with 'no' or very little power from the engines a bank like at
less than 600 feet would have been terminal.
