altopia.net. If one of their customers is preloading the PATH and also
forging your e-mail, that customer appears to be in violation of even

Then attempt to contact them and explain in what manner the post is in
violation of their use terms and politely request they cancel that person's
account if it is indeed one of theirs - be sure to include all the headers
of the offending post. Also be sure to ask if they have a genuine peer that

they can provide contact information.
