That's a serious question, BTW, not flame-bait or anything.

I am not that knowledgeable about aviation in any way, but I am very well
versed in film and video fakery techniques.

I just want to know the trvth, and if it is indeed an excerpt of the
longer version that I have seen, that further confounds this issue.

Doesn't it seem that the airliner gets turned around rather quickly?
Seems like an exceedingly tight turn and without significant loss of
altitude.
