How so 'obvious', and how do you think it was faked?

That's a serious question, BTW, not flame-bait or anything.

I am not that knowledgeable about aviation in any way, but I am very
well versed in film and video fakery techniques.

I just want to know the trvth, and if it is indeed an excerpt of the
longer version that I have seen, that further confounds this issue.

Doesn't it seem that the airliner gets turned around rather quickly?
Seems like an exceedingly tight turn and without significant loss of
altitude.

At the beginning, the camera follows the plane as it goes overhead and past
the beach. After they take 5 seconds to turn the camera around, the plane
has backed up so it above them again before it flies on. It would have
already been past the buildings by then.
